Our story

First and foremost I love all things home automation and smart homes. We started Simply Smart Homes after years of building my own proprietary systems and becoming increasingly frustrated with how overwhelming smart home technology seemed for people I talked to that were just starting out on their own journeys.

Coming from a professional background of building software, digital transformation and customer success, I wanted to bring the human-centric aspects of this, along with genuine five-star service, to the smart home industry. There is nothing I enjoy more than designing beautiful user experiences, and surprising and delighting customers - and I know that these elements are largely missing from this industry.
